Background:

Kristy is a former primary school teacher and an experienced Lecturer and Unit Coordinator in the UniPrep General program at ECU.

As a passionate educator, experienced curriculum developer, and mentor in enabling education, Kristy is deeply committed to accessible and inclusive education. She uses the Universal Design for Learning framework to create engaging, inclusive curricula and learning environments across both online and on-campus settings.

Advocating for access and inclusion, Kristy has presented on topics including Universal Design for Learning, online learning design, and assistive technology.
