Venue hire

Whether you’re looking to host a meeting, workshop, conference or special event, ECU offer a variety of venues for hire including lecture theatres, classrooms, meeting rooms and outdoor spaces available at each of our three campuses conveniently located in Joondalup, Mount Lawley and Bunbury.

To book a venue, hirers are encouraged to contact a member of our Campus Support Office team at cso@ecu.edu.au to discuss your requirements prior to submission of your Venue Hire Application Form. We offer a 10% discount on all bookings lasting 8 or more hours.

South West Campus

ECU’s South West campus is set on acreage in a secluded forest setting allowing you to immerse in peace and tranquillity; but close enough to all amenities on offer in Bunbury and the wider South West region.

Our campus offers a conglomerate of spaces that will ensure your event will be both professional and relaxed for those attending.

Joondalup Campus

ECU's Joondalup Campus is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling metropolitan city Joondalup, Perth’s second CBD and is just minutes from the train station and major shopping centre.

Our Joondalup campus offers state-of-the-art facilities that regularly host a wide variety of events, ranging from local community meetings to campus-wide international conferences.

Mount Lawley Campus

ECU’s Mount Lawley Campus is located just 4 km from the Perth city centre, nestled in one of Western Australia’s oldest suburbs; Mount Lawley. The campus is set in picturesque gardens and is home to the prestigious West Australian Academy of Performing Arts.

Our facilities can accommodate a large variety of performances, functions, trade shows and graduation events.
