Governance, quality assurance and performance

Academic partnership development and management involves:

  • making decisions on partnership projects;
  • assessing and managing risk registers in partnerships;
  • reviewing the outcome of partnerships.

The International Portfolio provides services to schools in:

  • developing and using “Feasibility Selection Criteria” to assist the schools and the University to establish an informed decision;
  • preparing risk registers to assist the risk assessment of partnership proposals;
  • developing templates for annual and end-of-contract reviews to assist the decision-making process on renewals or non-renewals of partnership agreements.
