Visiting Delegations

A Visiting Delegation is an ideal way to showcase the opportunities ECU can offer a prospective academic partner.  The University is committed to providing visitors with a professional, efficient and courteous service.

Delegation Visit Request Form

To begin preparations for hosting a delegation visit to ECU, a request to host a delegation has to be submitted to the International Office with endorsement from a School Executive Dean via the Delegation Visit Request Form.  This form is to be submitted to International Office at least 14 working days prior to the date of arrival to international.office@ecu.edu.au
