If you haven’t met your Library Peer Assistants yet, you’re in for a treat!

Some students are so great at navigating ECU’s various learning technologies – and the Library – that we created a service where they can share their knowledge with other students.

Sometimes it’s nice to speak to a peer.

If you have a question about things like:

  • using MS Teams
  • making a video in Panopto
  • or formatting a Word document…

…peers are here to help! You can also ask general Library questions.

If the answer is outside their scope, they can refer you to the right ECU service to help you solve your issue.

At ECU, we are proud of our vast range of services providing support to students.

The Library Peer Assistants provide support for your academic journey at ECU – and there’s no reason you can’t visit them again and again during your time at University.

You can simply drop by the Library when they’re on shift, or drop them a line on Teams chat, or make a phone call.
