Have you met your team of Library Peer Assistants? Find them at your Campus Library, or, connect online!
Some students are so great at navigating ECU’s various learning technologies – and the Library – that we created a service where they can share their knowledge with other students.
At times you’ll be relying on technology to connect and collaborate with staff and peers during your studies, and using new platforms and applications.
If you have a question about things like:
…peers are here to help! You can also ask general Library questions.
If the answer is outside their scope, they can refer you to the right ECU service to help you solve your issue.
The service has been designed to deliver assistance just when you need it.
Library peers are stationed at your Campus Library 7 days per week. Just drop by - you’ll recognise them by their red shirts!
And, they offer extended service hours over the phone and through MS Teams online chat.
Find the service details listed on the Library website.
You can connect with the peers as much as you need to during your time at ECU.
