ECU Library is here to support students and researchers. Knowing what the Library offers helps you effectively access our services when you need them.
The Library’s opening hours web page has up-to-date information so you can check when we are open and staffed.
You can access digital resources online, using the Library search system. You search for physical items such as books this way too.
And, there’s a High Use Collection at each campus that allows you to access and borrow high-use Reading Lists items for short, three hour loans.
These are a series of invaluable how-to guides covering some key aspects of study skills, and, a series of subject-specific resource lists to help orientate your information searches.

Experienced students work at each Campus Library, ready to assist with basic questions about Canvas, Panopto, Pebblepad, MS Teams and other learning technology you use in your ECU coursework.
This service - the Library Peer Assistant service - is also offered online using MS Teams chat.
