Extra-curricular learning for childrenChildren's University Edith Cowan aims to inspire students between seven and fourteen to develop confidence and a love of learning through validated activities beyond the school curriculum.

Access and discuss news content easily on NewsBank digital databases. A range of Aboriginal news and journal publications are soon being added. Find NewsBank in ECU Library’s A-Z list of databases.
Coming soon are publications the Aboriginal History Journal, and National Indigenous Times.
We’re thrilled to provide access to this important content, forming part of ECU Library’s extensive digital collections.
Engaging with content created by and for Indigenous journalists and researchers increases our patrons’ knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and interests.
Aboriginal History Journal will be full image edition format; the journal publishes interdisciplinary historical studies of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ interactions with non-Indigenous peoples.
And the National Indigenous Times, a leading Australian Indigenous news source, will be uploaded in text format. Editions from 2016 will be made available.
