Find Your Focus: Quiet Study Spaces for Exam Season!

With exams just around the corner, we understand how important it is to have a quiet, distraction-free space to help you focus. From Monday, 4 November to Friday, 15 November, JO Library Level 3 will be transformed into a dedicated Quiet Study Space - perfect for getting your head down and staying productive as you prepare for your exams.

If you're at Bunbury or Mount Lawley, don't worry - we’ve got you covered too! All our libraries have Quiet Study Spaces that provide the perfect calm spot for your revision.

ECU Library Quiet Study Areas:

  • Bunbury Library – Level 1
  • Joondalup Library – Level 3
  • Mount Lawley Library – Level 4

Why use the Quiet Study Areas?

  • Peace and Quiet: These areas are designed to keep distractions to a minimum, helping you focus fully on your studies.
  • Boost Productivity: Whether you're revising, doing assignments, or practicing exam papers, these spaces are set up to help you get things done.
  • Easy to Access: All libraries have Quiet Study Spaces, so no matter which campus you’re on, you’ve got a great place to study.

  • Plan Ahead: Make the most of the focused atmosphere by setting clear goals before you start.
  • Come Prepared: Bring everything you'll need - textbooks, notes, water and even snacks - so you can settle in and maximise your study time.
  • Respect the Quiet: Keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
