The ECU Health Centre has a range of commercial leasing opportunities available at different times. Spaces range from 50m2 to 350m2, and are suited to office, commercial, and/or healthcare use. Tenants have access to ECU Health Centre amenities including shared waiting areas, dedicated parking bays in undercover parking, and end-of-trip facilities.
Co-located providers at the ECU Health Centre include general practice, allied health, psychology, pathology, child health services, aged care, and a range of small health-related and social services businesses. We invite expressions of interest in leasing opportunities from professionals, not-for-profits, organisations, and businesses with a strong interest in health care, social services, aged care, and health-adjacent industries.

The Allied Health Precinct on Level 3, powered by ECU and Business Station, has a range of offices available for health professionals and related small businesses looking to launch and grow their business. The Precinct also has small and large meeting rooms, boardroom and training room, co-working spaces, and consult rooms available for hourly, daily and weekly hire.
