Graduation ceremonies are a big deal at ECU. They take a lot of planning and organising.
And some of that planning is down to you.
Check the dates below so you don’t end up missing out on one of the biggest days of your life.
If you have any fines or fees to pay, e.g. parking fines, overdue library book fines, or unpaid fees, these must be paid by: Friday, 22 November 2024.

To be sure that you’ve completed your course by the cut-off date, go to the Course Details and Progress page on SIMO. Your record should say ‘completed’ by: Thursday, 19 December 2024.
You need to respond to the graduation invitation we email to you by accepting, deferring or declining the invitation.
Registration cut-off date is: Sunday, 12 January 2025 at midnight. If you do not respond, you will not be eligible for any future graduation ceremonies for this degree.
The cut-off date for ordering your compulsory academic regalia (the hat and robe) for your ceremony is:
