Staff registrations

Please complete the form below to register your attendance for the graduation ceremonies.

Tickets – costs and collection

All staff are eligible to register to attend a graduation ceremony either as part of the Stage Party or as a member of the audience.

If you require more than one ticket, they can be purchased online at a charge of $25.00 (plus booking fee) per ticket. Please indicate in the Comments field below if you require details of how to purchase additional tickets (you will receive an email on the 15 January with the details).

All audience tickets (included additional purchased tickets) will be digital tickets and the links to select these will be emailed to you on the 15 January. The password will be your staff number.

Stage Party

By registering to be part of the stage party, you are giving permission to be filmed and/or photographed during this event. The stage party plan will be emailed to you in the week prior to the ceremony; you do not require a ticket.

Processing staff must wear their full academic regalia. ECU regalia (only) is available to hire through this link ECU regalia order page. You will need to provide your ceremony number, regalia requirements (highest academic award) and size (height and head circumference).

Hire of regalia is free and it will be available for collection from the Robing Room on the day of the ceremony. Regalia will not be available to order on the day; all orders must be made in advance.
