ATAR High Achievement Scholarship

ECU’s ATAR High Achievement Scholarship is open to Western Australian year 12 school leavers displaying outstanding academic excellence by achieving an unadjusted ATAR of 90 or above. You will be considered for this scholarship when you select Edith Cowan University as your first preference on your TISC application. The scholarship offers a payment of $1,500 per semester, for a total of $3,000 in your first year.

Eligibility guidelines

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • have achieved an ATAR of 90 or above;
  • be a year 12 Western Australian school leaver;
  • nominate ECU as your 1st preference on TISC application or be successful in a WAAPA audition for W76 Bachelor of Music;
  • be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, holder of a Refugee and Humanitarian visa, or a New Zealand citizen
  • apply to undertake a full-time undergraduate bachelor degree commencing Semester 1, 2025;
  • enrol in a total of 120 credit points in your first year;
  • not be in receipt of any other merit based scholarship at ECU;
  • not apply to competitive entry courses, W76 Bachelor of Music exempted.

To be considered for this scholarship select Edith Cowan University as your first preference on your TISC Application.

Successful applicants will receive an offer to their registered email address by the 30th of January 2025 which must be accepted by the dates specified in the offer.
