The home care client satisfaction project was developed in response to Southern Plus’ desire to track current service improvement measures of home care client data. The ECU SAGE Lab team developed, built, and tested a survey tool to measure different domains of service delivery that their clients are satisfied with and areas for future improvement.
To garner a wholistic understanding of client satisfaction, focus groups and interviews were conducted with the home care client team, clients, and family carers. This project focused on several aspects of service delivery including;
