Norah is a Senior Lecturer and Course Director responsible for developing the Master of Social Work within the School of Arts and Humanities.

Background
Dr Norah Hosken is an experienced educator, practitioner and researcher in the areas of social work education, feminist pedagogy, feminist evaluation, critical social work, poverty and class. Norah’s research interests coalesce around collaborations with those who do not attract the unearned advantages of institutionalised privileges. As one of only a few Australian social work academics with expertise in the feminist, critical, sociological research methodology of Institutional Ethnography, Norah welcomes interest from PhD students.
