Professor Ben Farr-Wharton is the Associate Dean of Management discipline cluster at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University. He is also the Deputy-Director of The Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety (MARS) Centre, which is an ECU Industry Collaboration Centre for the Mining Sector.

Biography

Professor Farr-Wharton is the Associate Dean of the Management discipline cluster and a Professor of Workforce Strategy. Ben's research specialises in employee wellbeing and compassion. For the last decade, he has worked with a broad array of organisations across the globe, to enhance workplace productivity through wellbeing, inclusion, and psychosocial safety initiatives.
