Previously, Andrei graduated with a Master of Business with Honours (First Class) from the Auckland University of Technology (AACSB and EQUIS accredited), majoring in Management. Andrei’s research focuses on leadership and organizational behaviour, with interests in positive follower outcomes such as engagement, commitment, and satisfaction, as well as cross-cultural issues such as cognition and values. His current projects are about authentic leadership.
Andrei founded the Leadership & People Research Cluster (LPRC) at ECU. The LPRC brings together academics and HDR students working on leadership and human resource management research so that we can share knowledge, collaborate on joint research projects, and build a more productive research culture.
