Dr Ross Yates is a Lecturer in Project Management in the School of Business and Law.

Biography

Ross is a qualified and credentialed project manager and information systems practitioner with a specialisation in internet technologies and generative AI systems. He brings experience across a diverse range of sectors and industries including health care, not-for-profit, mining, local government, and education, which he uses as a practical reference point to add a realistic and balanced dimension to his teaching. His current focus is on emerging and disruptive AI technologies, and their impact on projects, people, and processes. Ross is actively engaged in research exploring these themes.
