Dr Yanlin Li is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the School of Business and Law

Biography

Yanlin got his PhD in Applied Finance in 2020 from Macquarie University in Sydney, focusing on multi-disciplinary research on behavioural finance and corporate governance. He has published the results of his research in the Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, International Review of Financial Analysis, and PLOS ONE. In addition, he has a great research interest on CSR and ESG studies in Accounting and Finance.

While in NSW and WA, he developed 7-year teaching experience in delivering both undergraduate and postgraduate units in corporate finance, while embedding industry collaboration from CBA banking sector and multiple security and financial analysis firms.

Before joining SBL, he worked as an Asset Analyst in Housing Choices Australia, a reputable non-for-profit organisation, for almost 2 years.
