Biography

Yuyun Claudie Huang obtained her Ph.D. in 2024 from the University of Western Australia (UWA) with a thesis focusing on regulatory interventions and their market outcomes. Prior to her Ph.D., she earned a Master of Professional Accounting from UWA. Her primary research interests include corporate disclosure, capital markets, climate finance, and corporate finance. Yuyun has published her work in peer-reviewed journals, such as the Australian Journal of Management and the International Review of Finance.

Passionate about teaching accounting and finance, Yuyun has been actively involved in teaching various subjects at UWA Business School since 2019, including Introduction to Financial Accounting, Introduction to Finance, and Corporate Finance Policy. She also achieved the status of Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
