Dr Arian Kunzelmann is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Law.

Prior to joining ECU, Arian was working as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Transformative Work Design as part of the Future of Work Institute at Curtin University. His research specialises in wellbeing at work, occupational resilience, and transformative work design and has been published in top-tier journals such as the Australian Journal of Management, Journal of Anxiety Stress and Coping, and Human Resource Management. He also gained substantial work experience outside of Academia in a Senior Managerial HR role in which he held responsibilities for the development and delivery of individual and team centred measures, acted as course lead for the internal leadership academy, and was involved in organisational change management initiatives.

Arian likes to act in highly practical roles in which practice is informed by, and contributes to, research.
