Dr Azadeh Shafaei is a senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University.
Dr. Azadeh Shafaei is a senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University. Prior to her current position, she has previously worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Business and Law and a Senior Lecturer at Graduate Research School, Edith Cowan University. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at the School of Business and Law, ECU on different occasions.
Prior to joining Edith Cowan University, Dr Azadeh Shafaei was a Senior Researcher at Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), where she was involved in national and international research projects including a project for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Dr Azadeh Shafaei has been actively involved in several research projects funded by internal and external bodies such as University of Science Malaysia (USM) where she obtained her PhD with full scholarship, Malaysian Ministry of Education, UNESCO Bangkok, and the OECD.
Dr Azadeh Shafaei has successfully collaborated with several scholars from Malaysia and Australia on joint research projects, which have resulted in journal publications and book chapters. She has taught courses on Intercultural Communications, Research Methods and Research Writing and Reading Skills in face-to-face, distance and electronic modes, and has received excellent student and peer evaluation for her teaching. She is currently teaching Cultural Business Intelligence.
Apart from her teaching and research activities, Dr Azadeh Shafaei has also conducted training workshops on quantitative research methodology and data analysis including structural equation modelling, partial least squares (PLS), and analysis software such as SmartPLS.
