Dr Nelson Leung is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business and Law and the Course Coordinator for Business Analytics, Management Information Systems.
Nelson is the Course Coordinator for Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, and Supply Chain and Logistics Management at Edith Cowan University. Nelson obtained his PhD and Master of Information Systems (Research) from University of Wollongong, and Master of Information Systems from Griffith University.
He has taught and coordinated a variety of modules in IS/IT and project management in various universities such as Swinburne University of Technology, Northern State University (USA), RMIT University and University of Wollongong. Before moving into academia, Nelson worked as part of the call centre / help desk management team with companies such as Hong Kong Broadband & Network Limited and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
Nelson has published widely in books, journals and international conferences and his research interest includes Knowledge Management, Green IT, Agile Project Management and International Development Project. He has secured over $150,000 of research grant from One Asia Foundation to support the growth and development of project management.
Nelson also serves as an Editor for Interdisciplinary Journal of Information, Knowledge, and Management (IJIKM). His past professional activities include serving as:
