Students at the School of Business and Law converged for not one, but two dynamic events this week: the Careers Fair and the Learning Abroad Fair. The campus buzzed with excitement as students explored opportunities for their future careers and studies.
This year, the School of Business and Law and the School of Science teamed up to host the Careers Fair, which had over 60 industry representatives in attendance. There was an incredible turnout as over 800 students and attendees seized the chance to network with potential employers, make valuable connections, and showcase their skills and ambition.
On the other side of the campus, the Learning Abroad Fair allowed students to discover global study opportunities. Through friendly conversations and informative sessions, students immersed themselves in the world of international study, which can help them not only globalise their degree but expand their personal horizons as well.
The themes across the two events were growth and opportunity, as students looked to the future and considered the next stage of their lives. The day was a shared success for industry partners, students, and our larger ECU community. The synergy between the Careers Fair and the Learning Abroad Fair highlighted ECU's dedication to providing holistic educational experiences that transcend borders and boundaries and help our students grow in all facets of their lives and careers.
It was great to see the success of both events and the enthusiasm of students realising the endless possibilities that lie ahead. Through such events, ECU hopes to continually reaffirm its position as a hub for nurturing future leaders and shaping a brighter tomorrow.
