Centre for Sustainability and Governance Research

Welcome to the Centre for Sustainability and Governance Research (CSGR) a leading hub in the School of Business and Law dedicated to advancing sustainability and responsible governance. At CSGR, we are committed to addressing the most pressing challenges faced by business and society, driving impactful change locally, nationally, and globally through pioneering research and collaborative partnerships.

Our research spans key areas, including ethical supply chain management, minimising ecological footprints, combating climate change, enhancing ESG reporting standards, and developing business-driven solutions to poverty and inequality. As a multidisciplinary research centre, we bring together leading experts to forge innovative solutions in sustainability, corporate responsibility, governance, and artificial intelligence, shaping a sustainable and equitable future for businesses, communities, and the environment.

At the heart of CSGR's mission is addressing the most pressing global challenges through impactful research and collaboration across industries, governments, and communities.
