Diversity and Inclusion in Workplaces

The benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces are well documented. Capability maturity models are useful tools to help identify current and desired levels of maturity and plan for continuous improvement. ECU's Diversity & Inclusion Capability Maturity Model (ECU D&I CMM) provides a practical, evidence-based approach to ensuring D&I are embedded throughout the organisation.

The ECU D&I CMM is available to download here, along with some support resources to assist organisations to utilise the CMM to advance their D&I maturity. The CSGR team request any users to cite the tool as per the citation details provided in these resources and we welcome your feedback about how you've found using the package.
