Dr Junjie Wen recently graduated from James Cook University, Australia under the supervision of Professor Philip L. Pearce. Now he is working as a new research fellow in the School of Tourism at Sichuan University, which is located in Chengdu, China. Junjie obtained his Master Degree (Research) from the School of Tourism Management, after he completed the elite program with the Bachelor Degree of Sociology in Chu Ko-chen Honours College at Zhejiang University.
His recent research work about astronomy tourism was awarded one of the three best papers and attracted academia attention at the APacCHRIE 2017 conference in Bali. Currently Dr Wen is working on publishing his doctoral outcomes in top journals such as Journal of Travel Research, Tourism Management and Annals of Tourism Research.
