Abstract

The Business Intelligence Research (BIR) cluster aims to promote and facilitate conducting research and obtaining external funding in the business system area. The BIR cluster will support the development of HDR students and contribute to the “Securing Digital Futures” research theme of ECU, especially “artificial intelligence and autonomous systems”, “digital citizenship and human behaviour”, and “critical infrastructure” priority areas. The BIR cluster will advance knowledge on the business system area and facilitate digital transformation in various sectors such as manufacturing, tourism and hospitality, energy, education, and banking industries. The cluster will empower SBL to have meaningful contribution to the fast-growing digital world.
