Glenda is Director, International for the School of Education.
Background
Glenda is a qualified special education primary teacher with classroom and school leadership experience in Canada. After doctoral study in school leadership, Glenda moved to Perth and now has over 30 years in academia. While at ECU, Glenda has held a number of leadership roles including Associate Dean, Faculty of Education, Head of School, Education, Associate Dean International, Associate Dean Research and currently is Director International in the School of Education. At University level, Glenda has had quality assurance responsibility for trans-national programmes and guided a major University curriculum review.
Glenda teaches at the post graduate level internationally and supports and guides domestic and international research students at Master and PhD level. She is a Fellow of the Australian Council of Educational Leaders (ACEL) at both state and national levels.
