Summary of thesis:

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a neurological disease with high mortality and disability, but lack of effective therapy for nerve injury. Exosomes derived from stem cells can serve as paracrine factors and mediate the biological effects of stem cells, which can improve the local microenvironment and contribute to the repair of nerve injury. In addition, exosome carriers are beneficial to the local release and concentration maintenance of exosomes. We propose to enhance exosome production and their effect on nerve repair in TBI rats. We also aim to deliver an effective exosome transplantation process for nerve repair in TBI rats.
