“I wear them for 30 minutes every morning, after I shower and get ready for the day, and I’ve been ok til about 3 - 4pm. I’m normally sleeping at 1.30 - 2pm. My family have noticed my mood has been more pleasant and have even commented that I’ve had days that they have forgotten I’m sick at all.”
