Improved Sleep Health (ISH)

The Improved Sleep Health (ISH) research project aims to comprehensively characterise sleep health in individuals living with a neurological condition. Comprehensive sleep health characterisation for individuals living with a neurological condition has not been undertaken in Australia and is the first step towards developing individualised interventions. ISH works with not-for-profit organisations, allied health practitioners, medical practitioners, carers, coordinators and their clients to create a triage system for addressing clients' sleep and fatigue issues.
