ur gut journey to better health

We're excited to be a part of your journey to better health.  Our expert-designed dietary fibre powder is crafted to benefit gut health and support overall wellbeing.

What is ur gut™?

ur gut™ is a dietary fibre powder with a unique formula of fibres that are known to benefit gut health and designed by a team of expert gut health scientists from Edith Cowan University Professor Amanda Devine, Associate Professor Claus Christophersen, Dr Jo Rees and Dr Tina Yan.

Four teaspoons of ur gut™ daily will increase dietary fibre and boost gut health.  The unique blend of dietary fibres has been created to specifically enhance the beneficial human gut bacteria (microbiota) that are known to support health and wellbeing.

Do you experience gut discomfort?

We invite you to join our dietary fibre study if you are:

  • Long distance runners or triathletes with >10 h/week of training, including >90 minutes/week endurance training OR
  • 18-65 years old and in good health with < 3 h/week of moderate and high intensity physical activity.
