Bibi is a Lecturer and unit co-ordinator for Food Service Management in the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Medical and Health Sciences.

Background
Bibi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 30 years of industry experience in a variety of clinical, regional and remote communities and food service areas including corporate and aged care. She is still currently consulting in aged care and food service.
Bibi was inspired to join ECU in 2010 as she is passionate about improving the quality of food service systems and supporting students to learn in authentic settings.

Awarded for a community engagement project between ECU dietetic students and Breakers Swim Club in the provision of nutritious meals for school aged children at “Splash Camp.”
