Background
Bibi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with 24 years of industry experience in variety of clinical, regional community, food service consultancy and private practice. Prior to ECU, she was a corporate dietitian in the aged care sector with a food service portfolio.
She is passionate about the provision of quality food service across all age groups.
