My Ly is a Lecturer in the Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics and co-ordinator of the Nutrition Clinic within the Joondalup Community Clinical School, School of Medical and Health Sciences.

Background

Having worked in a range of exciting and challenging dietetic and management positions in Australia and the UK. My Ly brings with her over 18 years of industry including managing a dynamic dietetics team in central London, clinical dietitian at PMH, Bentley Health Service and Age Care Services.  She brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in dietetics, education and training, specializing in the area of chronic disease management (diabetes and heart disease), HAES and behaviour change.  She is passionate about providing patient cantered care, and is an advocate and practitioner of effective behaviour change coaching and counselling.  My is also an accredited Mental Health First Aid Facilitator.
