Research Areas and Interests
The overarching focus of Nicky’s research is to explore and understand the role that plant bioactive compounds (particularly polyphenols, nitrate and vitamin K) can play in the prevention of chronic diseases. She has a published track record in both human intervention studies and prospective cohort studies.
