Dr Tania Beament is the Associate Dean (Strategic Partnerships & Work Integrated Learning) within the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Tania's PhD was a mixed-method study that evaluated the effectiveness of a policy-driven tool to improve the recognition of and response to clinical deterioration in acute care.
