JJ is the Simulation Education Manager in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. JJ's role is pivotal in:
seamlessly integrating simulation-based education into the nursing curriculum, enriching student learning experiences with realistic scenarios that prepare them for real-world clinical settings
developing both formative and summative assessments
promoting reciprocal peer learning strategies
training and supporting faculty and staff on the effective use of simulation technologies and methodologies
engaging in research to stay abreast of the latest trends in simulation-based education.
