JJ is the Simulation Education Manager in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. JJ's role is pivotal in:

  • seamlessly integrating simulation-based education into the nursing curriculum, enriching student learning experiences with realistic scenarios that prepare them for real-world clinical settings
  • developing both formative and summative assessments
  • promoting reciprocal peer learning strategies
  • training and supporting faculty and staff on the effective use of simulation technologies and methodologies
  • engaging in research to stay abreast of the latest trends in simulation-based education.
