Aroona Saleem

Overview of thesis

Aroona Saleem is an accomplished researcher with a passion for understanding the intricate relationships between plants and microorganisms. Her current research focuses on the role of microorganisms in mitigating drought stress in turf grasses, where she aims to enhance turf health and resilience. She investigates how these plant-microbial interactions can benefit the overall wellbeing of grasses under challenging environmental conditions, particularly drought. Aroona's work in this area blends her expertise in microbiology with an interest in plant sciences. She is dedicated to advancing the application of beneficial microbial solutions in agriculture.
