Diem is a Post Doctoral Research Fellow of the Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre (CSCRC) in association with ECU (the Centre for Securing Digital Futures).

Background

Diem currently works as a post-doctoral research fellow at the Centre for Securing Digital Futures (ECU) for an academia-industry collaborative project on cybersecurity uplift for small-to-medium businesses. She earned the Fulbright Scholarship to pursue her master’s degree in Instructional Technology at Lehigh University (USA) in 2015. She completed her PhD with a specialisation in educational technology at Edith Cowan University in 2021. Her research experiences focus on technology-enhanced learning and teaching. Diem has had several articles published in SSCI (Web of Science Core Collection) and Scopus-indexed Q1 journals. She has received several research grants, exploring diverse themes such as project-based learning, online learning, mobile learning, digital citizenship, and the integration of media in language learning.
