Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)

  • Health and Safety Representative.
  • Member of the SSCI WHS Committee.
  • Coordinates School space induction, training and facilitates School access control and maintains the School Compliance Register.
  • Can provide Incident Reporting and Investigation.
  • Ergonomic Assessor for SSCI staff.
  • Bi-annual WHS space inspections.
  • Annual Hazard Risk Register reviews.
  • Wellness Room Management.
  • Alyssa also is a School Officer in the Teaching and Learning stream (50%).

Teaching and Learning Stream

  • Supports the Academic Integrity (Academic Misconduct) and Student Formal Review (Appeal) meetings.
  • Assignment extension requests
  • UTEIs coordination.
  • URCs and Progression Panels support.
  • Administrates Prizes and the Executive Deans list & organise the Prize Giving event.
  • Coordinates exam requirements, delivery, and destruction.
  • Alyssa also is a School Officer in the WHS (50%).
