Nickey Ludkins is Manager Executive Education in the School of Business and Law and Faculty Advisor for Enactus ECU. She has been a member of the SBL Responsible Management and Sustainability Committee since its inception in 2020 (formerly the PRME committee).
Nickey joined ECU in 2017 and has previously held the roles of Accreditation Project Leader, Business Program Coordinator for ECU South West, and Executive Assistant for the School Advisory Board.
Before joining ECU, Nickey worked part-time for 12 years in an environmental consultancy that focused on water sensitive urban design (WSUD), while raising her three sons, supporting the family retail business and engaging with and leading community groups and committees. Earlier in her professional career, her experiences include research on multiculturalism and migrant women at UWA, tutoring at ECU, teaching English as a foreign language and sales and marketing for the family business.
Completing a Master in Science (Development Studies) from the London School of Economics, UK, is indicative of her passion for sustainability, the environment and social justice.
