Course facilitator

Dr Ross Yates is an experienced IT professional, with broad, cross-sector experience in the engineering, mining, higher education, health care and not-for-profit sectors, and works closely with a range of corporate professionals as an educator and assessor of competence. Ross holds Chartered Project Professional status (ChPP), is a Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD), and is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (MAIPM).

Ross holds a PhD in online, transactional privacy, a Master of Internet Studies as well as postgraduate teaching degrees. He is also a certified workplace trainer holding Advanced Diplomas in IT Project Management, Business Analysis and Program Management, as well as diplomas in project management, procurement and contracting, business, leadership, management and vocational education.
