Course Agenda
This 2-day programme aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in R&D leadership, preparing them to drive innovation and manage R&D teams effectively.
Day 1:
Morning: Introduction and R&D strategy, covering motivation, trends, challenges, and key factors and strategies for successful R&D.
Afternoon: Workshop on developing R&D strategy for high-tech SMEs and an exploration of the R&D toolbox, including technology and innovation management, IP strategy, and more.
Day 2:
Morning: Explore the processes, organisation, and employees in R&D through lean R&D processes, focusing on agility, efficiency, and cross-divisional collaboration.
Afternoon: Workshop on lean R&D processes and leadership in R&D, highlighting the importance of people, communication, motivation, incentives, and skills development in the team.
Course Details
The delivery mode of this short course is face-to-face workshop in an on-campus facility.
$1,500 (includes morning & afternoon tea and lunch)
** If a participant is unable to attend the relevant course for any reason, ECU may in its sole discretion grant a refund of the fees paid:
notifies ECU in writing at least 14 days prior to the relevant course or program date; or
can provide evidence, to ECU’s satisfaction, that the absence was caused by a medical condition. ECU will notify the participant of its decision and pay any refund (if granted) within 30 days.
Participants shall not otherwise be entitled to a refund of fees in whole or part, for failing to attend any part of the relevant course or program on the day.
