Student Portal

The Student Portal is the gateway to web applications, the Student Intranet and other student information at ECU.

The Student Intranet is a great source of information, with live news updates and events calendars keeping you up-to-speed with activities like semester and exam timetables, enrolments dates, social events, workshops and training.

There's also support for your studies, health and finances, information about fees and life on campus and more.

My Details

This section gives you a summary of your details, including your student number and email address.

Password

This section shows you how many days until your current password expires. You can change your password by clicking on the 'Update my password' link. Changing your password requires you to enter your current password in the 'Old password' field, and your new password in the 'New password' and 'Repeat New password' fields, then accepting the 'ECU Conditions of Use' by clicking on the check box and finally clicking on the 'Submit' button to save your change.

Password rules

  • a maximum of 16 characters.
  • a minimum of 8 characters
  • a minimum of 1 upper case character
  • a minimum of 1 lower case character
  • a minimum of 1 number
  • a minimum of 1 special character. ` ~ ! # $ % ^ * ( ) _ + - = { } | [ ] \ : < > ? , . /

Password restrictions

  • The password can't contain any of the following items:
  • Spaces
  • Non-English characters
  • Your ECU Login Id

This section displays important student dates information posted by the Student Services Centre.
